Judge Al Bennett of the 61st District Court of Harris County, Texas, granted final summary judgment in favor of Oberti Sullivan LLP's client, First Source Electrical, LLC, in the case of Irma Azuara v. First Source Electrical, LLC, Cause No. 2011-70575. Azuara was First Source's former Controller. She sued First Source for breach of her employment contract, breach of stock agreements, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.
