The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit affirms a $144,657.45 judgment Oberti Sullivan obtained on behalf of its client Junial Douglas against Smith International. Mr. Douglas successfully argued that he was owed severance pay under Article 84 of the Labor and Workmen law of Saudi Arabia. A federal district court had earlier granted judgment against Smith International.
