Oberti Sullivan won an appeal for its client, Fast Group Houston Inc., in the case of Wawarosky v. Fast Group Houston Inc., __ S.W.3d __, NO. 01–13–00466–CV, 2015 WL 730819 (Tex.App.--Houston. [1st Dist.], Feb. 17, 2015). The appellate court affirmed summary judgment in our client's favor, and rejected the plaintiff’s claims of age and race discrimination as a matter of law.
